        • Best for sleeping

          My husband and I have taken this magnesium for many years. I recently sent a bottle to my best friend as she had been taking a different form of magnesium and it bothered her stomach. I am happy to report that she is sleeping thru the night and can't thank me enough for sending this to her. Best product ever!

          I've taken magnesium since 2016 after experiencing a storm of complications following routine surgery. It helps to relax my nerves, is great for heart health, and keeps charlie horses and arm/hand numbness at bay. This is my favorite brand, and I've tried several. Magnesium is a lot like Vitamin D - many are deficient in it and experience symptoms when the root cause is often a deficiency in vital nutrients, minerals, and vitamins.
