        Edited to Add: Nail Growth over the last few weeks with regular supplementation (please see pics)I’ve been using this cal mag supplement for years. It tastes good (for a supplement), it works right away to calm my nerves and provide necessary minerals to prevent/treat muscle cramping due to excessive sweating, etc.

      • Only six other ingredients! A very pure & true product.

        As this has no milk, the consistency is thinner and easy to swallow as the blueberry taste is nice. A trick is to wet the TBL spoon before adding the product - even the refrigeration does not make a too thick of liquid, which is very nice. This brand of liquid calcium absolutely absorbs quickly, relieved my pain within two doses.
